Shimba Hills Game Reserve, after Arabuko-Sokoke Forest, is one of East Africa’s greatest coastal forests, rich in flora and fauna, and home to Kenya’s highest number of African elephants.

Samburu Game Reserve is located in Kenya’s Rift Valley, in the southeastern section of Samburu County. It is separated from the Buffalo Springs Game Reserve to the south by the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Nasolot Game Reserve is a picturesque and rough reserve in the rift valley province’s west Pokot region. It is located north of Mount Melo and 528 kilometers north of Nairobi city.

Malka Mari Game Reserve, with its undulating vistas of semi-arid bush and scrubby meadows punctuated by bits of riparian woods and palms along the Daua River, was gazetted in 1989 because of its allegedly high concentration of species.

Mwingi Game Reserve is a recognized Wilderness Activity Zone and provides for fly camping, fishing, camel, and horseback safaris for the adventurous traveler.

Mwea Game Reserve is located in Eastern Province’s Mbeere District, roughly 200 kilometers from Nairobi. Small hills with bushy vegetation and scattered huge trees make up the savannah habitat.

Masai Mara Game Reserve is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves, located in southwest Kenya.

Lake Bogoria Game Reserve is only accessible via day trip and is only included on a few tourist itineraries. The scenery and flamingos are the main attractions of the reserve.

Kakamega Forest Game Reserve, a remnant of the rain forest that once spanned throughout Central Africa, has been frozen in time.

Buffalo Springs Game Reserve, located on the Ewaso Nyiro’s south bank, is home to a comparable variety of animals as Samburu.

Bisanadi Game Reserve is located north of Meru Game Park, in a huge dry wilderness. Many creatures, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalos, and over 400 kinds of birds, live in this hot and dusty bushland.

Arabuko Sokoke Game Reserve is located on the coast of Kenya in Malindi, 110 kilometers north of Mombasa.
