Itinerary Details:

Day 1: Nairobi

Upon your arrival at JKIA airport in Nairobi, you will be warmly greeted by one of our travel representatives who will provide you with a comprehensive briefing. Subsequently, you will be efficiently transferred to your hotel, where you have a reservation for check-in and an overnight stay. Your accommodation includes a delightful bed and breakfast arrangement.

Day 2: Fly to Amboseli National Park (Appx 1Hr)

After enjoying your early morning breakfast and check-out from your hotel, you will receive a transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled light aircraft flight to Amboseli National Park. Arriving at the airstrip in Amboseli, you will be transferred to your accommodation, where you will check in and enjoy lunch before your afternoon shared safari game drive. Amboseli boasts unrivaled views of Mount Kilimanjaro, as well as herds of elephants that are some of the largest elephants in Africa. After your exciting first safari game drive, you will return to the camp to freshen up before dinner.

Day 3: Full Day at Amboseli National Park

As the sun rises, you’ll set out on an early morning game drive, an opportune time to witness the enchanting sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro while observing the park’s diverse wildlife. Returning to the lodge, a satisfying breakfast awaits. With the morning activities behind you, the choice is yours for the afternoon. You may choose to unwind at the lodge, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings. Alternatively, you might opt to bask in the warm African sun by the inviting swimming pool, a perfect oasis to refresh and rejuvenate. As the sun reaches its zenith, lunch is served, offering a culinary journey that complements the day’s adventures. The afternoon holds another promise of excitement as you embark on a second game drive. The expert guides, well-versed in the park’s ecosystems, lead you through hidden trails and open plains, revealing the secrets of Amboseli’s captivating wildlife. The thrill of encountering elephants, lions, zebras, and countless other species against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro is a testament to the richness of the park’s biodiversity. As the day transitions to evening, you’ll return to the lodge, where a sumptuous dinner awaits. The dining experience is a celebration of flavors, blending local ingredients with culinary expertise, creating a feast for the senses. Days 4: Fly to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy (Appx 1.5Hrs)

Wake Up Call at 0600hrs, Have Breakfast, and leave the camp at latest 0730hrs for Airstrip. Depart Amboseli Airstrip at around 0900hrs for a flight to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy connecting through Nairobi Wilson Airport. You will arrive at Lewa Airstrip where you will be met by one of your Camp’s guides who will then transfer you to your camp with a game drive en route. Arrive and check in at your Camp. Lunch will be served at the restaurant overlooking the open plains of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy where you’ll get to enjoy it before relaxing for a bit. Thereafter proceed for your afternoon game drive at around 1600hrs exploring the magic of Lewa. Your guide will lead you into one of prides of lions that resides closer to your camp, spend your time with them as you look for other wildlife like leopards, Hyenas, and hippos. There is a lot to realize in the first safari. Return to your camp at around 1900hrs, Freshen up or head straight into one of the camp’s beautiful Bonfires or lounges as you share safari stories with one of our hosts or guides and enjoy your dinner.

Days 5: Full Day at Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.

Rise early and head into the park to witness the dawn chorus; nocturnal animals return to their dens and the creatures of the day start with their calls and songs. With over 350 bird species, their singing will never be far away either. Once the sun has risen over the park you will return to the lodge for breakfast and head back out to explore the morning across the savanna. Lunchtime sees you return to your lodge or camp and offers a chance to cool down, relax, and contemplate the wonders that are unfolding in your luxury safari adventure. The day ends with one last game drive, one more sunset, and one last chance to see some of the stunning: Giraffes, Zebras, Elephants, Gazelles, Lions, and other animals that populate this stunning park. After the sun once again sets over a magical day on the plains, your dinner will be served at your luxury safari accommodation and you can take one last chance to use the spa and massage facilities, which are optional extras with additional costs. And for a more active option, you may choose a horseback safari, riding up close to a variety of wild species, such as giraffes, zebras, ostriches and baboons. In between your morning and afternoon game drive you will have ample time to relax and enjoy the ambience at your luxury tented camp.

Days 6: Fly to Masai Mara (Appx 1.5Hrs)

Wake Up Call at 0600hrs, Have Breakfast, and leave the camp at latest 0730hrs for Airstrip. Depart Lewa Airstrip at around 0900hrs for a flight to Maasai Mara connecting through Nairobi Wilson Airport. You will arrive at Ol Kiombo Airstrip in Masai Mara where you will be met by one of your Camp’s guides who will then transfer you to your camp with a game drive en route. Arrive and check in at your Camp. Lunch will be served at the open restaurant overlooking the open plains of the Masai Mara where you’ll get to enjoy it before relaxing for a bit. Thereafter proceed for your afternoon game drive at around 1600hrs exploring the magic of Mara. Your guide will lead you into one of prides of lions that resides closer to your camp, spend your time with them as you look for other wildlife like leopards, Hyenas, and hippos. Days 7: Full Day at Masai Mara National Reserve

On the morning of your sixth day, your safari adventure continues with an exhilarating full-day shared game drive that promises to be a highlight of your journey. With your picnic lunch in tow, you’ll set out on your safari, ready to uncover the wonders that this iconic wilderness has to offer. Throughout the day, your expert guide will navigate the diverse landscapes of Masai Mara, guiding you in search of the renowned “Big Five” – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceroses. The Mara’s rich ecosystem also presents opportunities to spot other fascinating creatures, such as hippos lounging by the water’s edge and Nile crocodiles stealthily gliding through the river. As the sun climbs higher in the sky, you’ll find the perfect spot to enjoy your picnic lunch. Nestled under the shade of a Croton tree, you’ll have the chance to relax and dine while surrounded by the breathtaking panorama of the reserve. Days 8: Departure (Fly to Nairobi)

This morning you will enjoy a bush breakfast served along the banks of the Sand River and spend a relaxing morning unwinding before your departure. Lunch will be enjoyed at the camp before check-out and transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Wilson Airport. Arriving at Wilson Airport, one of our friendly representatives will transfer you to Four Points Sheraton Hotel for dinner. Depending on your outbound flight, you may have time to freshen up at the hotel before your road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey. We bid you a fond farewell until we meet again next time.
