Day 1: Scenic Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve
Your journey begins in Nairobi, where our professional driver-guide will meet you at your hotel or residence in the morning. After a brief introduction, you will board your private safari vehicle and depart for the Masai Mara, located approximately five hours away.
En route, the drive takes you through the breathtaking landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. We will pause at the famous Rift Valley viewpoint, offering sweeping vistas of this geological wonder—the largest valley on Earth, visible even from space. This is the perfect opportunity to stretch your legs, take photographs, and absorb the immensity of Kenya’s diverse landscapes before continuing on your journey.
You will arrive at your luxury camp in time for check-in and a sumptuous lunch. The camps are designed to blend seamlessly with nature, offering panoramic views while ensuring your utmost comfort. After settling in, take some time to relax and soak in the atmosphere of the Mara.

After a few hours of exploration, you will return to the camp for a hearty breakfast and some leisure time. Since your safari is private, flexibility is guaranteed. If you prefer, you can opt for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch, allowing you to spend more time deep inside the reserve and maximizing your chances of extraordinary sightings. The return journey to Nairobi typically takes about five hours, with an expected arrival in the early afternoon, around 2:30 PM. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred directly to the airport for your onward flight.

Holiday of a lifetime. We were in Kenya for just 4 full days, but Erick & the team at Kenya Wild parks ensured the agenda was full & extremely memorable: the team accompanied us through full planning of internal flights & transfers, camp booking, and final day in nairobi with excursions & restaurants included. The partner lodge, Entim Mara was spectacular. The lodge is located within the masai reserve, meaning wildlife (hippos, elephants, giraffes, monkeys …) at our doorstep, and the feeling that the safari never ended. Food, comfort & hospitality also all 5*. Game drives were fantastic: from the moment of getting off the plane & drive to the lodge, we were already met with such a variety of wildlife. What we appreciated most was that we had both a driver and a scout. Both very experienced and able to read the signals of wildlife rather than following vehicles, meaning that we were able to see some spectacular events such as a Lion kill, with no other cars around us.
