Elephant Watch Camp
Immerse yourself in luxury tents with charm that are highly sensitive
Elephant Watch Camp is perched on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river beneath wide-spreading Kigelia and Acacia trees in Samburu National Reserve, in a land of endless rugged beauty and untamed wilderness. It is home to some of Samburu’s largest elephant bulls, who can frequently be seen cooling off in the riverbed, resting in the shade, or hoovering up seedpods near the tents.
Accommodation:
Elephant Watch Camp’s six spacious, netted tents are designed to catch the breeze while providing maximum privacy and protection. Each tent is hung from a wide thatched roof and has its own verandah with a breathtaking view. Soft flowing cloths cascade to the floor inside, and at night, they can be drawn across the windows.
