Satao Camp
Delivers the ultimate safari experience
Satao is a classic tented camp that’s camouflaged amongst wild groves of tamarind and acacia trees in Tsavo East. All of the tented suites are spacious with views of the plains, while the central area overlooks the seasonal Voi River.
Accommodation:
The camp offers 20 spacious guest tents, all of which are en-suite and arranged in a semi-circle to ensure that each has a front-row view. The tents are made of environmentally friendly materials, including sisal and boriti poles with a makuti roof, and each has its own bathroom with running water. The bathrooms are large and feature slate floors, wash basins, and flush toilets.
