Trips to Nairobi Kenya

It was fantastic, from the time we booked to each part of the holiday, we are very lucky to spot all of the Big Five. The transport between each location was handled by Paul who were friendly and lovely to spend time with. The locations were fabulous, the highlight being Masai Mara Game Reserve!

I received a very prompt, friendly and helpful response to my online enquiry from Erick. Their itinerary was very detailed and spot on along with the services we received at all stages of planning our trip. Erick couldn’t have done anymore for us, he was patient and accommodating, despite numerous changes and questions from me. Amazing service and a good overall price.

All our pre booked excursions were top class. The highlight being our pre-dawn hot air balloon safari. Can be cold due to morning chill but worth it. Hotel adequate and food was great. Stayed in luxury tented camp, exactly what we wanted, a deep connection with nature. The visit to Maasai Village was fantastic for the kids. Overall expensive but a great experience.

We are very happy that we used Kenya Wild Parks for our 3-day Masai Mara Safari. Our expert Collins was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience from early planning all the way to the conclusion of our trip. The website are thorough and easy to use. The accommodations were all comfortable and in line with our expectations. We hope to use Kenya Wild Parks again for a future trip.

From my very first conversations with Erick and Collins, I felt the comfort of knowing I was in good hands and had connected with people having an immensely obvious passion for Africa. In a very real sense, those early conversations were the beginning of the adventure. Home now with our trip behind us, there is no word of a lie to say that we are changed as a family. We couldn't think of a more exciting adventure. Those of you who have your Kenya Wild Parks experience in front of you....I can't tell how lucky you are!

Excellent email communications: prompt, thoughtful, complete. Erick really "listens," which is not always easy, especially with so many moving pieces and someone like me who is constantly asking for more details and options. The services were almost all perfectly executed. I could have done the trip myself but it was better to have Erick handling all the logistics on my behalf--and all for a fair and reasonable price. I felt he cared about our comfort, our time and our desires, and strived to fully exceed expectations.
